Our seasonal fruit orchards are in Melbourne's lush North East region, close to Arthurs Creek and Kinglake West. As our business expands yearly due to increased demand, we plant more trees each season and harvest various delicious fruits.
Our fruit orchards produce apples, pears, plums, cherries, quinces, and other berries.

Quinces
Quinces are delightful fruit with many culinary uses, and their cultivation was once much more widespread. To grow quinces, budding or grafting onto rootstocks is recommended; the process of grafting dormant scion can be completed during summer through early autumn for best results. With just some effort in proper care and maintenance, you'll soon have your own sweet-smelling harvest of delicious quince!
Standing tall at a maximum of five meters, quince trees are recognisable for their glossy green leaves and large white blossoms during spring. After ripening to a fragrant yellow pear-like shape, the fruit can be consumed raw but tastes best when cooked due to its tartness and grainy texture.
Quinces are a delectable fruit with endless possibilities in the kitchen. Transform them into tantalising jams or jellies, poach and present as an alluring dessert, or turn them into a compote for a scrumptious treat!
